The Ethical Partners Australian Share Fund is open to the following investors with a minimum investment amount of $25,000:
When you invest your money in the Ethical Partners Australian Share Fund your investment is pooled together with other investors’ money. We use this pool to buy investments and manage those investments on behalf of all investors in the Fund. Under this structure you access the knowledge and skill of Ethical Partners Funds Management which makes investment decisions on behalf of all unit holders. The Fund aims to outperform the S&P/ASX 300 Accumulation Index over the medium to long term. The Fund has adopted a Net Zero Emissions by 2050 target. The owners and managers of Ethical Partners Funds Management, Nathan Parkin and Matt Nacard, and their families are invested in the Ethical Partners Australian Share Fund.
New Unit Registry Service
The Fund has transitioned its Unit Registry service to Apex, effective 1 February, 2023. Investments in the Fund are not impacted. However, for existing unitholders the change will result in a significantly enhanced investor experience via revamped and informative investor portal. Each unitholder should have received correspondence outlining the change including the provision of a new investor number and instructions on how to log on to the investor portal.

The TMD describes who financial products issued by Ethical Partners or its Responsible Entity are likely to be appropriate for (i.e. the target market), and any conditions around how products can be distributed to investors. It also describes the events or circumstances where the TMD for financial products may need to be reviewed.
Sophisticated and Professional investors may invest via the Information Memorandum or the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). Other investors must invest through Equity Trustees via the PDS. More information on how to do this is below. The minimum investment is $25,000.
