Elle Yudelman

Sustainability Analyst

Elle Yudelman's role at Ethical Partners involves working with our Head of Sustainability on all relevant Sustainability issues, including company analysis, sustainability research, team education, reporting, policy and ESG strategy development, stakeholder engagement and communications.

Elle has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Florida and a Masters in Oceanography from Texas A&M University, focused on the geochemical analysis of corals to better constrain climatic impacts in the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to Ethical Partners, Elle worked at BHP for eight years with global experience across ESG themes including: Sustainability and Public Policy, Global ESG Disclosure, Tailings Storage Facility Management and Indigenous Engagement and Community. Elle has completed the AusIMM certificate in ESG and Social Responsibility and the Climate change and Business Risk course from the Monash Sustainable Development Institute. She is also an active Board member for the Women's Association of Southeast Melbourne (WASEMA).
