The drought in NSW continues and is having a devastating impact on regional communities in many ways including in the critical area of mental health. The Get Talkin' Tour is an initiative taking mental health education on the road to country towns who need it most. Providing mental health support, tools and resources to High Schools and footy clubs in regional communities, with the aim of making long-lasting connections so that we can have a real impact. Last week not-for-profit batyr hosted Australia's Biggest Bush Dance in Martin Place, Sydney to raise funds and awareness for regional mental health. The event was in partnership with NSW Positive Rugby Foundation and supported by Macquarie Foundation. The Ethical Partners team was there doing its best bush dancing... and we can tell you, it wasn't very good! Anyway it was for a great cause and we were delighted to be a part of it and provide a modest donation.
